Teresa Lipan

Teresa Lipan was an A.T.F. agent working in Virginia who was caught in a middle of a conspiracy with N.S.A. hitmen. With the help of an undercover Gabe Logan, Teresa saves fellow A.T.F. agents, saves as many militia men as she can, and saves Dusty and Debbie Oakton, family relatives of Earl Oakton, a mountain survivalist who got executed by N.S.A. hitmen. She later starts working for the Agency during 1994.

Teresa later left the Agency prior to the first game, but helped provide support during Syphon Filter 2. Teresa disarmed bombs at the Pharcom Expo center while Gabe was in a firefight with Dillon Morgan. Teresa was also partnered up with Gabe in Moscow, being ambushed by unknown gunmen. Teresa later helped Gabe in New York by planting a block of C4 underneath Gabe and Lyle Stevens. Teresa was later "killed" by Jason Chance during the extraction.

In Syphon Filter 3, it turned out that Teresa faked her death and was spying on Vince Hadden before giving out her testimony during her A.T.F. days. She was busy giving attention to wounded federal agents while Gabe chased Aramov.

In Syphon Filter: The Omega Strain, Teresa works as a liaison for the I.P.C.A. providing intel to all I.P.C.A. agents in the field.
