Margaret Thatcher was Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1979 to 1990. Her husband was Sir Denis Thatcher. Her children are twins Sir Mark Thatcher and Hon. Carol Thatcher.
Ross Thatcher was Premier of Saskatchewan from 1964 to 1971. Also, his son, Colin Thatcher was a Saskatchewan cabinet minister from 1982 to 1983. Four days after resigning from cabinet he was charged with murdering his wife and subsequently convicted.
