The Great Vegetable Rebellion was an episode of the CBS series Lost in Space, first shown on February 28, 1968, it was the penultimate episode of the final season. The episode features a planet of sentient, talking vegetables, notably a large carrot called Tybo who captures Dr. Smith and prepares to turn him into a vegetable. Dr. Smith sees advantages in becoming a stalk of celery. Tybo was played by Stanley Adams. The rebellion was quashed by turning off the water supply. The new vegetables ran around hollering "moisture, moisture! I must have moisture!"
