"The Recycler" is a Los Angeles based, classifieds only newspaper. It has nothing but ads placed by people who wish to sell or buy something. Everything from cars to books is advertised in "The Recycler." Many bands of the 1980's were formed by people that answered ads in "The Recycler." Mick Mars joined Motley Crue after answering an ad placed by drummer Tommy Lee. James Hetfield answered an ad placed by Lars Ulrich, and that gave birth to Metallica.
