These Are The Days is the first official Estradasphere documentary (the second being Passion for Life). The documentary follows the band on their first big tour of 2000, after the release of their debut album It's Understood. It was originally released on VHS in 2000 and later was reissued on DVD in 2005 with many bonus footage and supplemental features such as a commentary track.
