Theta Andromedae (θ And / θ Andromedae) is a binary star in the constellation Andromeda. It is approximately 253 light years from Earth.

The primary component, Theta Andromedae A, is a white A-type main sequence dwarf with an apparent magnitude of +4.61. The companion, Theta Andromedae B is separated from the primary by 0.1 arcseconds.
