Thomas J. Manton (born November 3, 1932) was a Democratic congressman from the U.S. state of New York. He served in the U.S. House of Representatives representing parts of the boroughs of Queens and Bronx from 1985 to 1999. He was elected to the seat opened by Vice Presidential candidate Geraldine Ferraro in 1984 and retired in 1998.
Later, he became head of the Queens County Democratic Organization. He lives in the Queens neighborhood of Astoria.
