Thomas Mackinnon Wood (1855–26 March 1927) was an English Liberal politician.
Born in London and educated at Mill Hill School and University College, London, he began his political career as a member of London County Council from 1892 to 1909. He was leader of the Progressive Party and Chairman of the Council in 1898 to 1907. He was appointed an Alderman, and was a Deputy Lord Lieutenant for London.
He was an unsuccessful parliamentary candidate in East Islington in 1895, Glasgow St. Rollox in 1900 and Orkney and Shetland in 1902. He was elected and sat for Glasgow St. Rollox from 1906 until his defeat in 1918. He was an unsuccessful candidate for Hackney Central in 1922.
He was Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Education from April until October 1908, Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs from 1908 until 1911, Financial Secretary to the Treasury from 1911 to 1912, Secretary for Scotland from 1912 to 1916 and Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Financial Secretary to the Treasury from July to December 1916.
