The Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Center is located in Thousand Oaks, California. It was built in 1994 on the former site of "Jungleland." It consists of two theaters: the 1800-seat Fred Kavli Theatre (mainly used for performing arts), and the 394- seat Janet and Ray Scherr Forum Theatre. Thousand Oaks' City Hall is also located on the property.

In 2004, local resident Richard Carpenter, singer and songwriter best known for his 1970s group, The Carpenters, and his wife Mary pledged $3 million to the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza Foundation in memory of Carpenter's late sister Karen Carpenter.
