Thresher may refer to:
- A thresher is a device that first separates the head of a stalk of grain from the straw, and then further separates the kernel from the rest of the head.
- A thresher is a type of shark, harmless to man and easily recognizable because its tail is longer than the combined length of body and head.
- USS Thresher has been the name of two United States Navy submarines:
- *The first USS Thresher (SS-200), was a Tambor-class submarine that served in World War II.
- *The second USS Thresher (SSN-593), was the lead ship of her class of nuclear-powered attack submarines and was lost by accident on 10 April 1963.
