Tielt

Tielt is a municipality in the province of West Flanders, in Flanders, one of the three regions of Belgium. The municipality comprises the city of Tielt proper and the towns of Aarsele, Kanegem and Schuiferskapelle. On January 1 2005 Tielt had a total population of 19,234. The total area is 68.50 km² which gives a population density of 280.77 inhabitants per km².
