Toga (利賀村 -mura) was a village located in Higashitonami District, Toyama, Japan.

On November 1, 2004, Toga joined 7 other villages and towns to create the city of Nanto, Toyama.

Geographically, the village was very mountainous, more than 97% of its area being forest.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 999 and a density of 5.63 persons per km². The total area was 177.58 km².
