Tokay

Tokay has several meanings:
- Originally, it was the Anglicized name for the famed wines of the Tokaj-Hegyalja region in Hungary and part of former Hungarian Empire (in Slovakia).
- Later it came to be used to refer to wine produced from Muscadelle. In Australia and elsewhere, a style something like that of Tokaji is called liqueur Tokay.
- The Tokay gecko is a type of gecko (lizard).
- It is the name by which Pinot Gris is known in Alsace. The phrase "Tokay Pinot Gris" is now used to indicate this variety. The idea is eventually to phase out the word "Tokay" altogether.
- Tokay, New Mexico was a mining town near San Antonio.
- 時計 (tokei) is the Japanese word for a timekeeping device.
- Tokay High School, a high school in Lodi, California.
