1) A tol was an informal school in medieval India, also known as a Pathasala.

2) Also short for "Total", often used in online gaming, such as "Tol n00b".

it is also the abriviation of Tales of Legendia

3) Tol has two meanings in Korean. The most common meaning is a child's first birthday. It can also be used as a generic description for birthdays: Chut-tol (first birthday), Du-tol (second birthday), Seo-tol (third birthday), etc.
