Toledo, Delphos and Burlington (TD&B) was a railroad based in Ohio. It was opened on July 4, 1875. The TD&B in 1881 merged with its subsidiary, the Toledo, Cincinnati and St. Louis Railway Company (TC&StL), and took its name.
