Toledo is the electronic learning environment at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.

The word is an acronym for "TOetsen en LEren Doeltreffend Ondersteunen" and is the collective name for a number of commercial software programs and tools.

The environment in which teachers and students can do online courses, share course materials and communicate is realized using the software Blackboard. Students can enroll in Blackboard courses by submitting an online survey. The project offers the Question Mark Perception assignment software to all institution members and implemented the Ariadne KPS to reuse digital learning objects inside the Blackboard environment.
