Tolga Safer

Tolga Safer is a young British actor who is best known for playing Igor Karkaroff's Aide in the movie version of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, a character not in the book. He won this new part when trying out for the role of Viktor Krum, which was eventually won by Stanislav Ianevski. The producers, still wanting to offer him a role in the film, cast him as an assistant to Professor Karkaroff.
He is of Cypriot descent. He was born on June 26, 1982 in London.
