Tomoko Kawakami (川上 とも子 Kawakami Tomoko, born April 25, 1971) is a Japanese voice actress (seiyū), famous for the role of Utena Tenjō in Revolutionary Girl Utena.
Born in Tokyo with a blood type of O, Kawakami now works for Production Baobab.
