The Tony Award for Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Musical is awarded to the actor who is voted the best non-starring actor in a musical, whether a new production or a revival. This award was introduced in 1947 and not awarded again until 1950; prior to 1976, it was known as "Best Performance by a Featured or Supporting Actor in a Musical."
