Toran Caudell

Toran Caudell (b. 15 October 1982) is an actor, voice actor, and musician from the United States. He played Rod on 7th Heaven, and in animation is probably best known as the voice of King Bob on Disney's Recess, and during 1996 was the first to read the title role of Arnold on Hey Arnold!.
