Troublesome Trucks

The Troublesome Trucks are the trucks, wagons, vans, brake vans, and flatbeds in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends. They love to play tricks on the engines who pull or push them. Not many engines like them, and they have been the cause of many accidents on the railway. Their behavior could perhaps be best described in the following statement:
"Every wise engine knows that you cannot trust trucks."
There have, however, been some cases where the trucks and engines are on the same side, like in the episodes 'Special Attraction' and 'World's Strongest Engine'. Although they have often caused confusion and delay, the trucks are an important part of Sodor's industry.

- Pushed Thomas the Tank Engine out of control.
- Made James the Red Engine crash into a field.
- Broke away from James' train.
- Pushed James into two Tar Tankers.
- Pushed Percy the Small Engine into the quay.
- Teased Diesel after refusing to move.
- Made Duck the Great Western Engine run into a Barber Shop.
- Pushed Percy out of control and onto another truck.
- Pushed Thomas onto a dock and off the end.
- Pushed Toby the Tram Engine onto a collapsed bridge.
- Pushed Oliver the Great Western Engine into a turntable well.
- Got pushed into the sea by Diesel.
- Got pushed by Percy off a raised area at the docks and onto Bulstrode the barge.
- Broke away from Peter Sam, causing them to fall off a bridge and into a ravine.
- Got pushed into a turntable well by Oliver.
- Pushed Toad the brake van out of control and into a pond.
- Got pushed by Percy into a mine, causing an avalanche.
- Caused Henry the Green Engine to derail.
- Held back when Diesel attempted to pull them, causing the coupling to snap and Diesel to fall off the aforementioned raised area at the docks.
- Caused Arthur the LMS Tank Engine to crash into a fruit train and ram Duck the Great Western Engine's train.
- Broke away from Edward and crash into a siding.
- Teased Emily and held her back.
- Got pushed by Emily into a duckpond.
- Made Thomas crash into Salty.
- Got James covered in coal dust.
- Made Percy crash in to Mavis.
- Teased Dennis and refused to move.
