Tsai, Rong Tsang

Grand Master Tsai Rong Tsang, (蔡榮章) is the director of “Lu-Yu Tea Culture Institute” Writer, Speaker, Instructor, and a vital influence of Modern Taiwan Tea Culture. Master Tsai is also the founder of the “Wu-Wo Tea Ceremony.” He has played an active part in the growth of this once small group from Taiwan (almost twenty years ago) into a now international organization.
