Tsang Yam Pui

Tsang Yam Pui (Chinese: 曾蔭培, Pinyin: Zēng Yīnpéi, born 1946 in Hong Kong) was the Commissioner of Police of Hong Kong from January 2001 to December 2003. Tsang joined the Royal Hong Kong Police Force (now Hong Kong Police Force) in January 1966 as a Probationary Inspector.
His elder brother Donald Tsang is the Chief Executive of Hong Kong since 2005.
