Tsing Leng Tsui

Tsing Leng Tsui (青嶺嘴) is a former cape of Tsing Yi Island, between a former bay Tsing Yi Bay and Rambler Channel of Hong Kong. After several phases of reclamation, the cape lost its shape and became the ground of Hong Kong Cement Plant of Hong Kong Cement Manufacturing Company Limited. The area changed to a promenade and a residential estate Grand Horizon after the plant was relocated to Ngau Kok Wan, northwest of the island, owning to the environmental concern of its neighbour Greenfield Garden.
