Tsvetan Genkov

Tsvetan Genkov (Цветан Генков) (born 8 August 1984) is a Bulgarian footballer currently (as of July 2006) playing for Lokomotiv Sofia as an attacker.

Born in Mezdra, he began his career in the local Lokomotiv Mezdra at the age of 17, previously having been an athlete. He then moved to Lokomotiv Sofia, where he established himself in one of the leading A PFG clubs and helped his team a great deal to reach the 4th place in 2005-06 and secure a place in the UEFA Cup 2006-07. He has also played for the Bulgaria national football team.
