U.S. Highway 18 (US 18), an east-west route, is one of the original United States highways of 1926.

Termini

As of 2004, the highway's eastern terminus is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Its western terminus is in Orin, Wyoming at an interchange with Interstate 25.[Endpoints of US highways]

Historical note: US-18 was originally proposed also in Michigan from Detroit to Grand Haven. This stretch became US-16.
