UGI Corporation NYSE: [UGI] is a public utility holding company with a variety of assets based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. It serves 370,000 natural gas and electricity customers in eastern Pennsylvania. It also controls AmeriGas Partners, L.P. NYSE: [APU], a propane marketer that owns Antargaz and Flaga in Europe.
