Uldarico A. Alviola

Uldarico A. Alviola (1883 - 1966) is a well-known Cebuano Visayan writer. He is considered as the dean of Cebuano writers. He is also know as a pioneering Cebuano novelists. He is also a distinguished lexicographer. He was editor of Ang Suga and several Spanish language publications.
In 1962, he received the LUDABI award for his contribution to Cebuano culture. He was once a Deputy Governor of Cebu.
His pseudonyms include Artagnan, Sikatuna, and M. Anabell.
