Ultimate Surrender is a pornography website focused on competitive female wrestling and simulated rape. The models attempt to put their opponents into submission holds (i.e., holds that render them helpless), earning points for removing each other's clothes, the quality of the holds, and forcing submissions. While in a hold, the wrestler in control earns style points for fingering/fondling her opponent, and at the same time, the "helpless" wrestler earns shame points. The winner of the round decides how the loser is to have sex with them, forcing the loser into the position(s) of the winners choice.
