An ulus (Russian: ; Sakha: улуус) is a subdivision type of the Sakha Republic, Russia.

A typical federal subject of Russia is subdivided into districts (raions). Ulus is an ethnic name for a district, used only in Sakha Republic. Its administrative status is the same as the one of raions.
