Headquartered in Houston, Texas, United Space Alliance (USA) is one of the world’s leading space operations companies.
USA is a joint venture between the largest American Aerospace corporations, Boeing and Lockheed, formed in 1996 and is contracted by NASA. USA conducts all operations regarding the Space Shuttle at NASA sites, Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center and John F. Kennedy Space Center.
The current President and Chief Executive Officer is Michael J. McCulley.
