The correct title of this } is }}}. The initial letter is capitalized due to [Naming conventions #Lower case first lettertechnical restrictions].
up2date is a tool used by Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS and Fedora Core that downloads and installs new software and upgrades to the operating system. The file /etc/sysconfig/rhn/sources determines where package files come from.

By default, Red Hat Enterprise Linux's up2date sources packages from a Red Hat Network (RHN) server, though users can add directories full of packages or even apt and yum repositories if they wish.

By default, Fedora Core's up2date sources packages from yum repositories. Again, other sources can be added (apart from RHN, which is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Specific). Note: up2date is no longer shipped with Fedora Core as of version 5

By default, CentOS's up2date sources packages from yum repositories on the [CentOS Mirror Network].
