Uppark is a 17th-century house in South Harting, Petersfield, West Sussex, England and a National Trust property.

The house, set high on the South Downs, was built for the first Lord Tankerville in the late 17th century. In the 19th century stables and kitchens were added as separate buildings connected to the main building by tunnels.

In 1989 the building was devastated by a fire caused by a workman's blowtorch, just two days before it was due for re-opening after restoration. The fire left nothing but the walls standing. Tragically, during the blaze, a ladder on a fire-fighting appliance collapsed, killing one fire-fighter. Most of the pictures and furniture were salvaged, and the building has been restored. Many lost crafts were relearnt in the restoration process.
