Upper Carniola

Upper Carniola (Slovenian: Gorenjska; German: ) is a traditional region of Slovenia. It is a part of the historical Habsburg crown land of Carniola (Slovenian: Kranjska; German: ) . The traditional center of the region is Kranj and other urban centers include Jesenice, Tržič, Škofja Loka, Kamnik, and Domžale.
