Ural Airlines is an airline based in Ekaterinburg, Russia. It operates scheduled and charter, domestic and international flights. Its main base is Koltsovo International Airport (SVX).

History
Sverdlovsk State Air Enterprises started operations in 1943. Ural Airlines is a joint stock company incorporated under the laws of the Russian Federation in December 1993 after the separation from Ekaterinburg airport. It was established and started operations on 28 December 1993. It is owned by Ural Wings (65.77%) and Ural Transport Bank (14.67%). It employs 1390 staff.

Ural Airlines operates the following services (at January 2005):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Chita, Ekaterinburg, Adler/Sochi, Irkutsk, Khabarovsk, Krasnodar, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Nadym, Nizhnevartovsk, Noyabrsk, Novy Urengoy, Salekhard, Samara, St Petersburg, Ufa and Vladivostok.
- International scheduled destinations: Dubai, Dushanbe, Khudzhand, Munich, Paris, Prague, Tashkent and Yerevan.
