Ursem ([52°38′N 4°54′E]) is a town in the Dutch province of North Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Wester-Koggenland, and lies about 7 km southeast of Heerhugowaard.

In 2001, the town of Ursem had 2142 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.59 km², and contained 789 residences.Statistics Netherlands (CBS), [Bevolkingskernen in Nederland 2001].
