"Van-Hagar" is a term describing the current line-up of the American hard rock band Van Halen. After the departure of frontman David Lee Roth, former Montrose singer and guitarist Sammy Hagar was hired as vocalist; he has left and returned to the role twice since then. Many fans of the original line-up were disappointed, disguntled and in some cases hostile to the change of personnel. Van-Hager is primarily used as a pejorative term to describe what some consider the band's overt earnestness. This is believed to be due to the lack of Roth's funny-loving, hammy performance style and skillful use of sexual double entendres.

The name "Sans Halen" is used in some cases.
