The Venturi Fétish is the world's first production two-seater electric sports car. Produced by Venturi, the car is unique in that its acceleration is comparable to a normal internal combustion engined sports car, producing as it does 245 horsepower, with a 0-60 mph time of 4.5 seconds. Its top speed is less comparable however, at 170 km/h (105 mph), which is respectable considering that it only has one gear.

One other particular attraction of the car is that the power is delivered in such a way that the full 245 bhp is available at all speeds, as opposed to the progressive delivery of a internal combustion engined car, where full power is only available within certain RPM ranges.

All the car's electric drivetrain components are designed and made by AC Propulsion.

The expected retail price for this car is $ 500,000.
