Vera Bradley are an American producer of soft brightly patterned bags.
These bags are commonly found in small shops, rather than large department stores. Many consumers choose a certain pattern, whether it be Bermuda Blue or Piccadilly Plum, and purchase many matching bags in different sizes creating a collection.
Product lines
They come in many sizes and many different patterns and colors. There are travel duffels, medium sized totes, large totes, purses, wallets, watches, belts, glass' cases, and cosmetic cases. There are also umbrellas, napkins and placemats.
After a Vera Bradley bag pattern is on the market for a while, they retire it. Typically, when the pattern is being retired it goes on sale. When patterns retire, new ones are produced.
Discounted versions of the bag are sold under Vera Bradley's sister's company, Maggie B.
