Vienna/Fairfax-GMU is a Washington Metro station in Fairfax County, Virginia on the Orange Line. This is the western end of the Orange Line. Until being renamed in 1999, this station was named Vienna.

Vienna/Fairfax-GMU serves Vienna, Fairfax, Oakton and the Fairfax campus of George Mason University, and is located in the median of Interstate 66 at Nutley Street. Service began on June 7, 1986.

The station is serviced by Metrobus, Fairfax Connector buses, and CUE buses. This station is also a major station for commuters, with 5,849 parking spaces across two garages and three other lots.[Daily Parking] at Vienna/Fairfax GMU

In line with high-density development, the Fairlee Metro-West project aims to increase the housing density around the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU station from 60 single family homes to 2250 condominiums and townhouses.
