Vincas Mickevičius-Kapsukas (Budvečiai, 7 April (Old Style 23 March) 1880 - Moscow, 17 December 1935) was a Lithuanian political activist, one of the founders and leaders of the Lithuanian Communist Party.

The city of Marijampolė was renamed Kapsukas in his honor, from 1956, to 1989. During a visit to see Stalin in Moscow, in 1935, he died under mysterious circumstances. He was only fifty five years old.

As soon as Lithuania regained its independence, from the Soviet Union, Mariampole was renamed, once again, back to its original name.
