Formerly known as Winterlong, the band reformed with guitar player Payre Kankaranta and released its first CD The Predator Awakens with upstart record label [Metal-Rules.com] as Viperine in 2004. Viperine is best known for its Manowar influenced over-the-top lyrical context and harsh vocals.
