Visual Studio Team Foundation Server is the source control and development collaboration module of Microsoft's new Visual Studio Team System product. It is designed to replace Microsoft Visual SourceSafe for most teams, and provide enhanced features such as distributed collaboration, extensive metrics, and reporting.
