Vitebsk Voblast

Viciebsk Province (Vitebsk Province) is a province (voblast) of Belarus with capital Vitebsk. It covers an area of 40,100 km² and has a population of 1,321,100 (2004 estimate). The province has the lowest population density in Belarus at 33/km².
