Attitude towards Zionism

Vizhnitz Monsey, led by Grand Rebbe Mordechai Hager, is fiercely anti-Zionist, on the same line as Satmar, inasmuch as he was a disciple of Rabbi Joel Teitelbaum of Satmar. On the other hand, Vizhnitz Bnei Brak, led by Grand Rebbe Moshe Yehoshua Hager, is much less extreme anti-Zionist, following the example of his father. Vizhnitz Bnei Brak has a Knesset member within the Agudas Yisrael political party. The Vitznitzer Rebbe from Bnei Brak has his Hassidim sing a Hassidic tune entitled "To Give Pleasure to the Creator" when he goes to vote in Israeli elections.
