Votkinsk

Votkinsk (Russian: ) is an industrial town in the Republic of Udmurtia, Russia. It is located about 1,000 km ENE of Moscow, at . Population: 99,441 (2002 Census).
It was the birthplace (1840) and early residence of Russian composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
The Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology operates a machine plant here which produces some of Russia's long-range ballistic missiles.
