Vytautas Andrius Graičiūnas (August 17, 1898 in Chicago – January 09, 1952 Olzheras in Siberia) management theorist, management consultant, engineer.

He became interested in management since 1919.

While resided in France he published classical study printed in Geneva „Relationship in organisation“ (or Company internal relations) 1933, later other edition was in USA. He introduced "management boundaries (limits) theory" and formula.

Until 1935 he worked as establisher of large companies in Barcelona, Brussels, Copenhagen, London, and Milan.

Later he returned to Lithuania, where in 1935-1938 he worked as engineer, management consultant in the Lithuanian aviation and arming board, in 1940 – in the Lithuanian State Theatre and the Lithuanian Film Company. Political prisoner after The second world war. He died under unclear circumstances in soviet GULAG. His classical study about management theory is in a usage at lots of universities still now. Vytautas Andrius Graiciunas together with Marija Gimbutas is among the most world famous Lithuanian scientists.
