Broadcasting Under Cancellation
Due to repeated delays and misunderstandings, the official license for W10BM was cancelled on October 18, 2004. The licenses for all three repeaters were cancelled on August 1, 1998. The station's owners have been working to get this situation resolved as quickly as possible. Local support has helped to keep the station on the air, despite these setbacks. The station's current host and studio manager is open to any usuful ideas to continue this valuable and "independent" community service.See Also title 47 USC sec. 308 amendment 6(a) in pertainent part: "National Emergency"
