WFXH-FM (Rock 106-1)is an Active Rock station targeted to Savannah, Georgia. The studios are located about 20 miles north of Savannah on Hilton Head Island, and the broadcast transmitter is about 10 miles north near Bluffton, South Carolina. Although the station reports as a modern rock station, it plays about 25% classic rock; an exact opposite to I-95, which plays about 25% modern rock.
Former program director BJ Kinard has announced he is moving to Atlanta to become WBZY-FM's Promotion's Director. The new program director is Dustin Matthews, former afternoon DJ at Cox Radio's Alternative Rock station WDYL in Richmond, Virginia.
