WKBC

WKBC is the set of call letters used by both the AM and FM radio stations in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.

WKBC-AM broadcasts at 800 kHz. The station is licensed to broadcast at 1,000 watts in the daytime and 300 watts at night.

WKBC-FM broadcasts at 97.3 MHz. It has a 100,000 watt signal strength that carries into Winston-Salem and northern sections of Charlotte.

The stations are operated by Wilkes Broadcasting Company, Inc.
